"Air fryer" is a generic term; any appliance brand names mentioned (such as Ninja, Tower, Cosori, Salter, Instant, Philips or Tefal) belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any appliance manufacturer. Supermarket names are mentioned only to describe where ingredients can be bought; we are not affiliated with any supermarket.

Buying an ebook gives you a personal, non-commercial licence to read and keep it. It does not give you ownership of the content or any right to resell, share or republish it. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

Our recipes, nutrition estimates and meal plans are for general information and personal use only. They are not medical, dietary or nutritional advice. You are responsible for safe food handling and for using your air fryer according to its manufacturer's instructions. Make sure meat, poultry and fish are cooked through (UK guidance: a core temperature of 75 °C, or equivalent, for poultry, minced meat, sausages and reheated food).
